Megaman X ~ Menu (Finished)

I think it's done finally. I hope this is the final version. I remained faithful to my old version but with improved graphics; moreover, it is quite Megaman-ish to show all the weapons available instead of showing the buttons for shooting. Something to note here is that the weapons are NOT elementals, although there's Igne Leofeles (A Fire Lion), the weapon you get from him is not fire-themed, but a powerful punch named Megaton Punch... and the same goes for the Polariurs (polar bear, ice) and the other dudes. They give you the Elemental Chips in addition to their weapons.

<sub>Features:
- If you choose a weapon, a window prompts to choose which key you want to equip the weapon too, so you can equip two weapons at once. If this is too complicated, you can toggle the option to have only one key for weapons besides the X-Buster, so it will be like Megaman X4 - X8.

- If you press A, you'll be taken to the Armor Section. Here, you can enable certain pieces of armor to appear on Megaman X when you press the Special key in-game. Also, enable certain upgrade chips. This section was done a while ago but I'll heavily retouch it.

- If you press S, you'll be taken to mission stuff and POSSIBLY a map, if I have courage to code it. There's pretty limited interaction in this section, as it is used to see objective progression and stuff related to the area boss.</sub>
